First Fridays at Convene: Apéro Hour
Inspired by the timeless European tradition that Dan Kosta discovered during his early restaurant years, First Fridays at Convene invite you to slow down, savor the moment, and reconnect over exceptional wine and food.
From 5–7 PM on the first Friday of every month, we'll be pouring a curated selection of Convene wines alongside one of the world's finest indulgences: Tsar Nicoulai Osetra Caviar, thoughtfully served with crisp potato chips, Bellwether Farms crème fraîche, and fresh chives. Designed to share between two guests, it's the perfect pairing for lingering conversations and an unhurried start to your weekend.
