The property owners and developers, TELACU/Pacific Development, have started work with the city to renovate the property, possibly adding four one-bedroom affordable senior units to the project.
During the Tuesday, June 25 meeting, the council will consider a request by the developer to enter an agreement between them and the city for funding. If approved, TELACU could get as much as $340,000 from HOME funds that the city manages, according to a city staff report.
