Community Update

I rented an old rolls Royce for my WEDDING DAY, the car was to pick me up from church to a photo area to then my reception. First I was later told by multiple people that the driver had the hood up and was under the hood, he was seen in front of the church and my photo area doing that. Than at the church, I asked him two times please wait for my video and photo crew to follow us. He got out to talk to the other limo driver then starts to drive, I ask him again are they with us, yes yes don't worry. 5 minutes later my crew calls saying where are you guys why did you just leave! This caused a 30 minute delay at my selected photo area til they found us. Then we leave to go to my reception and in the middle of San Francisco 5 minutes later car BREAKS DOWN!!!!!!! 20 minutes from my reception, we waited in the car for 10 minutes while he tried to start it and he tried to start it, then we got out and watch him try and try, people started to come out and watch this show, people started to offer the driver help. I was forced to get into a cab and pay a $70 dollar cab ride! Horrific experience on my wedding day! Then Monday when I call, it's like they were ready for it, I get told by SAM, your lucky we didn't charge you for going over!!!!! Not we are sorry, not let us refund you because OUR car broke down! I had to get off the phone fast because I was heading on my honeymoon, when I returned I called again to try and get my money back, why should I pay a dime for the car breaking down, for the driver causing me to be over! Owner Sam say shits happens, planes crash, cars break down, of course this well happen its an old car!!!! I can't believe my ears, you are a limo service and I rented a car to get me to my reception, so hear come his lies which upset me even more, the driver never went under the hood, its your fault you went over in time because you took your sweet time taking pictures and the car only stopped for 5 minutes, you refused to wait!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! Stand behind you name, stand behind your reputation, take accountability!!!!! Sam says well your time was up so you got what you paid for!!!! I'm am disgusted! And I well continue to let everyone I no know about how horrible there business practice is!!!! If you get screwed they lie to prove a point and don't take care of there clients.
