stuffed pasta class. In this
hands-on class, learn how to make ravioli and hand-folded tortellini using
freshly-made pasta sheets. Menu:
Fresh pasta dough, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Spinach and Ricotta
Tortellini. Simple sauces will be
prepared to accompany both pastas.
A $15 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of
