Kiwanis One Day - SSF Junior Giants Service Project

The Kiwanis Club of South San Francisco will partner with the City of South San Francisco to keep the spirit of service alive in South San Francisco by hosting the refurbishment of the Orange Park Baseball Fields in South San Francisco in preparation for the Junior Giants baseball season. On Saturday, April 28th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, members of the Kiwanis Club of SSF, El
Camino High School Key Club
, South San Francisco High School Key Club, San Francisco State University Circle K and members of the community, under the direction of the City of South San Francisco Parks & Facilities Department, will be sanding & painting the bleachers and signs, repairing the field, removing graffiti & debris and planting adjacent to the fields.

Junior Giants, the flagship program of the San Francisco Giants Community Fund, is a free, non-competitive and innovative baseball program for boys and girls ages 5-18 years old.
