San Bruno Mountain Nature Hike

These docent-led hikes go through the beutiful and secluded Owl and Buckeye canyons.  Be prepared to be amazed by beautiful wildflowers, great views, visit to an Ohlone shellmound, and maybe we will catch a glipse of one of the three endangered butterflies that call San Bruno Mountain home.  This hike is a great chance for you to get to know your neighborhood mountain more personally.

The hike will be at an easy pace, though on narrow trails. Please wear long pants and long shirt sleeves, and bring water and a snack or lunch. Seniors should consider bringing hiking poles. All hikes are free.

Please complete the sign-up form, call 415-467-6631, or email hike@mountainwatch.org
