Firefighters responded Friday afternoon to a structure fire at residence in Daly City.
Firefighters responded at 2:45 p.m. to a two-story residence at 822 Skyline Drive and found smoke and fire coming from the rear of the building, according to the North County Fire Authority.

Firefighters said responding crews were able to extinguish the blaze and forced entry into the heavily secured home.
There was no one inside the residence when the fire broke out.

Firefighters remained on the scene for about 90 minutes for overhaul and investigation.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
