SamTrans is holding a series of public meetings this week to discuss proposed changes to the bus agency's fare.
If approved, any changes approved would take effect January 2014. This week’s meetings will focus on reducing the price of the SamTrans Day Pass to two and a half times the one-way cash fare for up to 18 months and establishing an annual pass for purchase by housing complexes and businesses.
