San Bruno CA: Mayor Ruane Gives "State of the City" Address

Today San Bruno Mayor Jim Ruane gave his annual State of the City Address which required 2 separate San Bruno Patch articles to include all of the words.
This writer feels this year’s address was probably Mayor Ruane’s best State of the City address.
