San Mateo County Coroner Investigating Murder
The 22-year-old victim was initially taken to Kaiser Permanente's South San Francisco Medical Center.

San Francisco police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday, a police spokesman said Thursday.
Details of the homicide were not immediately being released Thursday morning but it apparently involved a crime scene at Jamestown Avenue and Harney Way near Candlestick Park, San Francisco police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.

The 22-year-old victim was initially taken to Kaiser Permanenteβs South San Francisco Medical Center and then to San Francisco General Hospital but was pronounced dead, Esparza said.
The San Mateo County coronerβs office has the victimβs body and is also investigating the case, a coronerβs official said.
