South San Francisco CA: New Harbor District Member Takes Her Seat

New Harbor District member Nicole David took her oath of office in a ceremony at the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club that was attended by approximately 130 people.

In her acceptance speech Ms. David stated “I see many opportunities for the Harbor District, and I see some challenges too. But I know that with a new direction, enthusiasm, and careful, deliberate, and transparent decision making the District can advance to where the viability of commercial and sport fishing industries, recreation, environmental protection, and sustainability can all be values that we commit to and prioritize. I am very excited about these new opportunities.”
