Who Swiped $250K Of Work-Out Gear From Nearby Warehouse?

Police are looking for leads into the break-in and inventory missing from facility near Van Nuys airport.

VAN NUYS, CA --- Investigators are seeking the public's help today to make arrests in the burglary of a warehouse in Van Nuys where sportswear valued at $250,000 was stolen.

The burglary occurred between 5 p.m. March 22 and 9:50 a.m. March 23, when unknown suspects pried open the roll up door of a warehouse in the 7900 block of Ruffner Avenue, near Van Nuys Airport, according to the Los Angeles Police Department's Commercial Crimes Division Cargo-Hijack Unit.

The thieves took about 112 boxes of Kutting Weight brand sportswear, authorities said. Kutting Weight sportswear is not sold at retail stores.
