CHP warned motorists not to bypass the closure while crews righted the trailer and cleared the debris, eventually reopening the ramp around noon with no injuries reported.

Parolee Accused Of Gunning Down Temecula Woman To Be Arraigned Next Week (patch.com) — A parolee is accused of fatally shooting 30-year-old Temecula resident Shaquilah Kaprise Howard during an apparent domestic dispute, and he's now set for arraignment Oct. 16 at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta. Investigators say he was recently released from prison on a prior firearm conviction and is being held on $3 million bail.
