• United States: DoW Approves $230 Million in Grants Under the Defense Community Infrastructure Program (thestkittsnevisobserver.com) — Twentynine Palms is set to receive an $8.54 million federal grant to build new transportation access serving the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, part of a nationwide $230 million defense infrastructure package. This project should improve how people and goods move around the base area, with construction starting once environmental reviews are complete.
