BAY AREA — Alameda County resident Ferdinand "Dennis" Arafiles was sentenced this month to 10 months in prison, 5 months of home confinement, and ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution for his role in a scheme to defraud a Bay Area manufacturer and seller of networking equipment.
