A fire damaged a commercial building in Venice today, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 600 block of East Venice Boulevard at 9:47 a.m. extinguished the flames in 14 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
