Intro to Meditation - Weekly Dharma Gathering (Wednesdays)

WEDNESDAYS at Shambhala Meditation Los Angeles - Westside Center (7.30pm - 9pm)

Join us for our weekly introduction to meditation and Shambhala Dharma talks by senior teachers of Shambhala Buddhism. These evenings features meditation instruction, a short period of meditation and refreshments. All are welcome; newcomers as well as seasoned practitioners. Bring a friend!
