Snacking, Soccer and a Talent Show

Tips on healthy snacking, a talent show that's also a fundraiser, a family-friendly festival at a woman's center, a museum day and soccer on the beach—our suggestions for this week's Kids Planner.

Where/When: , 30 Maple Ave., Thursday, 5-6 p.m.

Why Go: Would you like to get away from the junk food and get on a different eating track?  This class is for everyone old enough to start thinking about the food they eat. Get some tips on preparing healthy snacks and so that it's not a one-time thing, you and your kids (teens) will get to take the recipes home. Pre-registration at the Youth Center is required.
