Colorado Coronavirus Update: 746 New Cases
Here's the latest breakdown of cases and deaths in each Colorado county.
Over the past week, 746 new cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Colorado, according to public health data. As of Monday, 34,257 people had been infected with the coronavirus in the state among 357,751 people who have been tested since the outbreak began, health officials confirmed. Around 5,591 people have been hospitalized, and the death toll among people who tested positive for COVID-19 has reached 1,691.
State health officials said Colorado has seen a recent uptick in cases; however hospitalizations are on a downward trend.
Denver, Arapahoe and Weld counties consistently have the highest overall number of cases in the state; however Logan, Morgan and Saguache counties have had the highest case rates per 100,000 people.
