• Deadly fentanyl hits Denver area market as new overdose operation launches (kdvr.com) — Boulder County health officials are warning residents that a particularly dangerous form of fentanyl is now in the local illicit drug supply and has driven overdose deaths higher. They're urging people who use drugs, or know someone who does, to carry naloxone, avoid using alone, and test substances when possible, while Denver police and federal agents launch a major operation targeting fentanyl dealers regionwide.
