WATCH: FBI Agent Accidentally Shoots Man While Dancing At Club

An off-duty Denver FBI agent's back-flip dance move appears to have dislodged a gun, which fired and injured a man in a Denver bar.

DENVER, CO – Denver police are investigating an incident where a man was shot in the leg when an off-duty FBI agent's gun accidentally went off while he was dancing in a club early Saturday. Video of the incident was shared on Saturday.

The video, released by Denver7, shows a man with his face digitally obscured demonstrating some dance moves in a crowded bar, identified as Mile High Spirits. As he finishes his routine with a back flip, a black handgun falls from his waist.

"His firearm became dislodged from its waistband holster and fell onto the floor," Denver police said in a statement. "When the agent retrieved his handgun an unintended discharge occurred, another patron was struck by a bullet in the lower leg."

Police reported that the accidental shooting happened at 12:45 a.m. Saturday.

"The victim was transported to the hospital with a good prognosis," police said.

The agent was taken to Denver Police Headquarters and later released to a FBI supervisor. The Denver Police Homicide Unit is investigating the incident and charges will be determined by the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
