Littleton Set To Declare State Of Emergency

All Littleton public buildings have closed, and meetings in the city have been suspended, officials said.

LITTLETON, CO — Littleton City Manager Mark Relph will be issuing a declaration of emergency that will result in the closure of all City of Littleton buildings, the city said in a public notice Saturday. Closures will include the Littleton Center, Bemis Library, the Littleton Museum, the Littleton Municipal Court and Belleview Service Center.

All public meetings, including city council meetings, are suspended until further notice.

All school and group tours, interactive exhibits, and in-person interviews for the Littleton Immigrant Resource Center and the Aging Well Resource Center have also been halted.

All payable citations and court payments for the Littleton Municipal Court can be made online. Upcoming court hearings in March and April can be rescheduled by contacting the court immediately at courtweb@littletongov.org or by calling 303-795-3837.

For those who were summoned for jury duty in March, they do not need to report as all jury trials will be rescheduled.
