Loveland officers deemed justified in shooting suspect (coloradoan.com) — Loveland residents are learning that two local police officers were found legally justified in the July fatal shooting of Brant Valvo after he allegedly fired at officers from a Banyan Avenue home. A multi‑agency Critical Incident Response Team investigation, reviewed by the 8th Judicial District Attorney, concluded there was no lesser force that could safely stop the threat. 
2. Forget-Me-Not Open Rallies Support Against Alzheimer's (northfortynews.com) — A community pickleball fundraiser is coming to The Picklr in Loveland on Sunday, September 13, giving locals a chance to play while supporting the Larimer and Weld Counties Walk to End Alzheimer's. Residents can register to compete, and local businesses are invited to sponsor, with all proceeds benefiting Alzheimer's Association programs, caregiver resources, education, and research across Northern Colorado.
3. Flintco Selected as Construction Partner for The Ranch Master Plan (milehighcre.com) — Loveland residents will see major changes coming to The Ranch Events Complex as Larimer County selects construction firm Flintco to advance the next phase of its long-term master plan. Future improvements may include an outdoor amphitheater and expanded event spaces, with work phased so the busy Loveland campus can stay open while projects roll out over the next several years.
4. High school football predictions for Week 2 Fort Collins-area games (coloradoan.com) — Loveland High's football team is spotlighted in a Week 2 preview as it heads into a tough matchup with Windsor after edging 5A Fossil Ridge behind dual-threat quarterback Jackson Gebhardt. The columnist predicts Loveland will make big plays and keep it close, but ultimately fall in a tight game as Windsor looks to rebound at home.

Preferably in Loveland, but not opposed to Berthoud or Ft. Collins. We are on our 3rd year with a local Loveland CPA office who has still not filed… (Nextdoor Boise Village North) - Looking for a licensed person or company to run a gas line for a range in our kitchen.
No basement, just crawl space, needs to be reasonable and not charge $1000 to run the line. We do have a gas furnace so gas to the home. (Nextdoor Lakeside Terrace 1, 2 and 3)
