• Commissioners approve additional work to stormwater manual project (mesacounty.us) — Mesa County and nearby governments, including Palisade, are jointly funding an $87,214 update to the Grand Valley stormwater management manual used by developers. The project aims to modernize drainage standards, improve public safety, and includes outreach and training, with residents able to review draft chapters and comment online.
