The Liberty Bell represents freedom in America and is a universal symbol of individual freedoms. The bell began its journey before the American Revolution, was melted and recast several times. It was hidden from invaders, sold as scrap and motivated a movement. Discover through the chronicles of history, how it became a bell that rings in American hearts and the hearts of people seeking freedom across the globe.
Presenter: John Cilio is a historian and storyteller. John lives in Sherman, CT and is the author of six historical books and over 200 articles covering a broad range of topics and has spoken on a wide range of topics in over 60 countries. His goal is to make history relevant, engaging, and enlightening
