Avon Library Offers Curbside Pickup Of Books, Other Materials

Avon Library is now offering contact-free curbside pickup of library materials. There are two options to request materials:

• Call us! Call the Library at 860-673-9712 to request materials. Once items are ready, you will be asked to call the Library to schedule an appointment for pickup.
• Place your own holds from home in the Library Catalog. Once the items are ready you will be notified, and you can call the Library to schedule an appointment for pickup.

The safety of our patrons and staff is very important to us. Items for pickup will be placed on a table outside the library by appointment only for patrons to retrieve. We ask that you practice social distancing and wear a face covering on Library grounds.

And don't forget, our book drops are open so you may return Avon Library items at your convenience. Stay safe, and we hope to hear from you!
