Avon Library Reader’s Theater Remix Set For Sept. 10

From the Avon Public Library:

For kids and teens in Grades 5-8

Sign up required to get the Zoom link. You will get the Zoom link Wednesday night, 9/9, the day before the program.

What is Reader’s Theater Remix?

It is a fun program where kids and teens will each get their own part in a short story or picture book.

We will practice our dramatic reading and acting skills and then read through it again with a fun challenge (ex. do it angrily, do it like you just ran a marathon, etc). No pressure. No memorizing. We will have the script on the Zoom screen.

We will also play fun theater games!

We will also have teen volunteers with acting and dramatic experience!
