Make-A-Wish® Connecticut granted Quinlann Croen’s wish for an Elsa bedroom makeover.
Her obsession with Elsa from the movie Frozen was the impetus for little Quinlann’s wish to have a bedroom makeover of her dreams.
Four-year-old Quin has been through a lot. Although her father was the donor, her body rejected the liver transplant she had three years ago. As a result, Quin needs weekly infusions and liver biopsies every six months. But these difficult treatments don’t curb her enthusiasm, zest for life, or her fascination with all things Elsa. Quin talks about Elsa all the time and fantasizes about meeting and playing with her.

When the day arrived to see her new bedroom for the first time, Quin was ecstatic to have an Elsa “makeover;” she regally entered her new space dressed as Elsa herself, with her two older siblings in tow. Both clamored to be the first to sleep with her in her magical bedroom, with the Olaf night light that affirms “Some people are worth melting for” – that would be Quin for sure!
Her parents share that they are “so grateful for the kindness and magic Make-A-Wish showed our little lady! Every day we are blessed with her spunk and love for life- it’s wonderful to have some extra special memories!”

This singing, dancing princess now has a special Elsa space all her own, a respite where she can dress up and allow her imagination to run free. As the figurine in her new room says, Elsa is fearless, and so is Quin.
Quin even exclaimed, “I love my Elsa bunk bed so much! I can’t wait to play Frozen with my brother and sister!”
