Avon Road To Close For 3 Days For Bridge Construction (patch.com) — Drivers in Avon should plan for a daytime closure of Tillotson Road at Old Farms Road from Monday, Sept. 21, through Wednesday, Sept. 23, while bridge construction continues. The road will be shut from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, reopen outside those hours, and questions can be directed to the Avon Engineering Department.

Fast-Casual Restaurant In Avon Closes, Business Assets For Sale (patch.com) — Residents in Avon may notice Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill has gone dark at Avon Marketplace, as the fully equipped fast-casual restaurant at 380 W. Main St. is now being marketed as an asset sale for $295,000. The listing offers a turnkey operation with kitchen, dining room, and lease assignment options for a new operator, keeping the space's restaurant potential alive on Route 44.
   

3.
