State Reps. Team Up To Collect Charitable Donations In Avon

AVON, CT — State Rep. Leslee Hill (R-Canton) and State Sen. Kevin Witkos (R-Canton) teamed up to collect charitable donations for the Salvation Army. The legislators were at the Wal-Mart in Avon on Wednesday evening to speak with shoppers and ring the Red Kettle bell. Hill and Witkos said, “The holiday season can be a difficult time for fellow members of our community. We want to thank all of those who stopped by and donated.
