On Saturday, June 29, dogs and their owners took to the streets of Collinsville to practice loose leash walking, greeting manners, stays, leave its, and trail etiquette. The dogs have all attended classes at Secret Lake Dog Training, LLC in West Simsbury and were ready to take it to the streets.
Along the way we experienced a wide variety of distractions such as bicyclists, children, runners, people having breakfast at LaSalles, dogs, and motor vehicle traffic. The dogs were well mannered and attracted lots of attention.
