Underground Cable Project Work Underway On Several Avon Streets

Buckley Cable is continuing their work for Comcast and has gotten a permit to do underground cabling in the following streets. As in the past, this work is to improve cable and internet access for Avon customers. All of their work is being performed in the Town right-of-way and because of the construction techniques being employed, most of their work leaves behind little to no disturbance to the shoulders, driveways and roadway. They intend to begin immediately and expect the project to take a month or more to complete. Below are the streets being upgraded.

5. Beverly Drive
6. Sarah Drive
7. Diane Drive
8. Meadow Ridge
