Woodbridge tax assessor's office steps up efforts to collect from delinquent car owners.

In a crackdown on delinquent tax payers, the Woodbridge assessors office has discovered more than a million dollars worth of cars whose owners are behind on their payments for multiple reasons, including having unregistered vehicles.
The Amity Observer reports here that so far they've uncovered a good $40,000 in taxes. While trying not to be "intrusive," the tax office is buckling down and upping collection efforts.
