Runaway Bull Returned in Woodbridge
Police got a call early Sunday about a runaway bull. It was eventually caught, but not before eating a resident's flowers.
WOODBRIDGE, CT — A loose bull was returned to its owners after being located by police Sunday.
Police responded to the area of Spring Valley Road after someone reported a cow or bull walking down the street, police said.
A resident on Amity Road said that the bull roamed in her yard for about an hour and ate some of her flowers. Police controlled the situation until the owners came to haul the bull home in a trailer.
