TONIGHT: Exit 59 meeting

Learn about the state Department of Transportation's plans for Exit 59 at a meeting in Woodbridge

The state Department of Transportation is holding a public information meeting to discuss upcoming plans for the Exit 59 interchange. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held on May 3 at 7 p.m. at the Woodbridge Senior Center, 4 Meetinghouse Lane.

There are both short-term and long-term improvement plans for the Exit 59 area. The short-term plan is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2018. The short-term plan will be the focus of the discussion.

Plans are available for review at the New Haven City Hall Clerk’s Office and the Woodbridge Town Hall Clerk’s Office.
