BRIDGEPORT, CT — Chris Taylor, the embattled former Bridgeport Board of Education member facing criminal charges, has been offered a plea deal in an attempted kidnapping case out of Seymour, reported the Connecticut Post.
Taylor was offered a deal by prosecutors that if he pleads guilty to two felonies, he could receive a suspended prison sentence and probation. He is due back in court on the case in October.
He is accused of a 2019 attempted kidnapping of his wife's son, who Taylor said has a substance abuse problem.
