BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man was arrested Tuesday and charged in connection with a deadly 2017 shooting outside a Bridgeport restaurant, according to police.

Shardel Ragin, 34, of the 100 block of Asylum Street, is accused of gunning down Max Antoine on April 20, 2017, as he walked out of Tiago’s in downtown Bridgeport, police said.

Ragin is reported to have waited for Antoine and another man outside the restaurant and fired at them from his car, according to police, who said the motive for the shooting is believed to be revenge after Ragin and his wife were shot in 2016 in Stamford.
