Public Hearing for Brookfield Apartment Complex Continues on Jan. 14
Residents are invited to the public hearing for the proposed apartment complex to be built at 777 and 763 Federal Road, Brookfield.
A public hearing on the proposed six story apartment building at 777 and 763 Federal Road in Brookfield will continue on Thursday, Jan. 14, according to the News Times.
The proposed 156-unit apartment complex called “The Renaissance” is proposed under the state’s 8-30g housing law that allows a developer to go around local zoning restrictions as long as the project includes affordable housing units.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Brookfield Town Hall, room 133.
