Cheshire Judge Nominated For State Supreme Court

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced the nomination this week.

CHESHIRE, CT - Gov. Dannel P. Malloy nominated two Appellate Court judges to the Connecticut Supreme Court this week, Raheem L. Mullins and Maria Araujo Kahn, the Connecticut Mirror reported. Kahn, 53, is a resident of Cheshire and a former federal prosecutor. In 2006, she was promoted to the Superior Court by then Gov. M. Jodi Rell and in May, Malloy nominated her for the Appellate Court role.
