Cheshire Juvenile Review Board to Start Later than Expected

The town received an unexpectedly high number of applications for the board.

Cheshire’s new Juvenile Review Board is expected to start at least one month later than originally planned due to an unexpectedly high number of applications, according to the Cheshire Citizen.

The Citizen reports that 36 people applied for the board and Cheshire Human Services Director Michelle Piccerillo and Deputy Police Chief Robert Vignola have been reviewing the applications and will pare the list down to 15 candidates for interviews.

Piccerillo told the Citizen she hopes interviews will be completed this month so those selected can appear before the Town Council in March.
