Cheshire Prepares For Town Manager’s Retirement
Officials reportedly plan to begin discussions soon on the search process for a new town manager.

CHESHIRE, CT — Town officials plan to begin discussions soon regarding the search for a replacement for Town Manager Michael Milone, who will retire next year, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports that Milone’s contact expires in June 2018 and officials want to make sure they use the time to hire the right person for the job.
Milone has worked as Cheshire’s town manager since replacing John L. Salomone in 2000, according to the Record-Journal.
