Town Extends Ambulance Service's Contract

CHESHIRE, CT - The town has extended a contract with Campion Ambulance Service Inc. for a short period in the hopes of negotiating a better long-term plan, the Cheshire Herald reported. The two sides have been working on an agreement since August of last year. Some potential sticking points include the length of the contract and how quickly Campion would have medics arrive at emergencies.
