DANBURY, CT — The 2022 election is heating up in Connecticut and there are plenty of races with candidates eager to serve in elected office. Eyes are primarily focused on the gubernatorial election, but every state representative and senate seat is up for grabs. All five of Connecticut's congressional seats, plus one U.S. Senate seat, are up for grabs as well.
There are 151 seats in the state House of Representatives and 36 in the state Senate. Democrats currently hold majorities in both chambers.

Why are you seeking this office?
I have been asked by the community to do so and I feel a lot of good things need to be seen to their completion.
Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ___, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Quality of life issues and we have been improving that over the last few years despite the covid environment we have found ourselves in.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I believe the way we support our education in the state and the need to support public education.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Support for working families as well as all in need for covid has shown that we need to invest in our state and take care of our responsibilities.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Finding millions in much needed funding for the many projects and programs the people need. Making sure people can stay in their homes and make sure all are made whole after all we have been through. The list is long but we have delivered.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
We can not help you if we do not know you need help.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
As an old eagle scout I believe in the words, help other people at all times and I try to live up to that every day.
