Investigators allege Ramadani, identified as the restaurant’s owner, met with individuals connected to the case at an office in Danbury in June 2025.

During that meeting, he is accused of offering $20,000 in cash in exchange for their agreement not to cooperate with law enforcement or continue pursuing the matter, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.

The individuals declined the offer and later reported the interaction to police, investigators said.

Ramadani is also listed as the owner of Red Rooster Pub in Wilton, which previously operated locations in Newtown and Ridgefield.

He was released after posting a $100,000 court-set bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on April 9, according to state police.

The bribery charges are separate from the underlying criminal case, which remains ongoing.
