IRS has opened up its Free File Program for 2013. It allows taxpayers to file electronically for free. Two things to keep in mind...
- Your Adjusted Gross Income for 2013 (Total Income minus Certain Deductions) must be less than $58,000.
- You can file immediately, but the IRS will not start processing returns until January 31.
