CT Weather: Snow On Wednesday: Here's When, How Much To Expect
The National Weather Service and local meteorologists have shared new updates on when to expect snow and how much will fall.
CONNECTICUT — Sixty-degree weather on Monday and snow on Wednesday, just another typical New England forecast.
The rain fell heavily in the early morning hours and more showers will develop later tonight and winds will increase and could gust in excess of 30 mph at times.
On Tuesday, sunshine returns and temperatures will only reach into the low 40s and then there is a chance for snow Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening for Connecticut.

It won't amount to much, likely an inch or two, maybe, according to the latest forecasts from the National Weather Service. Connecticut's meteorologists said this weekend that computer models greatly vary on how much snow we may receive, but the recent trends suggest that the storm will only glance us, which is why we may see only minor accumulation.
WTNH News 8 chief meteorologist Gil Simmons predicts a general 1-3 snow accumulation, and you can view his town-by-town forecast map here.

All computer models are trending weaker and farther offshore with Wednesday's storm. I think it's reasonable to plan for some light snow, but this does not look like a big storm for us and some places may not see much at all. #fox61 pic.twitter.com/nSfIvdUaWu
