Peter Schiavoni, 35, of 66 Blue Heron Drive, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, towing an unregistered motor vehicle and violation of Emissions inspection requirements.
William Classen, 64, of 46 Camp St., Middletown, and Keri Lyn Kelly, 35, of 15 Michael Drive, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. Classen was issued a written warning for failure to use proper signal for making a left turn.

James Lester, 79, of 33 Edgerton St., East Hampton, and George Ellis Jr., 58, of 44 Depot Hill Road, Cobalt, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 66. Lester was issued a written warning for following too closely.

Elizabeth Luena, 55, of 53 Spellman’s Point Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
March 15
Ewa Ala Rybitwa, 27, and Kyle Buracchi, both of 121 West High St., East Hampton, were arrested. Rybitwa was arrested for insurance fraud, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, second-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, first-degree accessory to criminal mischief and for falsely reporting a motor vehicle theft. Buracchi was arrested for being an accessory to insurance fraud and second-degree accessory to larceny.

Nicole Fazzino, 21, 119 Freestone Ave., Portland, was arrested for breach of peace.
Chellsie Lorusso, 20, 29 Marshall Road, Rocky Hill, was arrested for breach of peace.

Patrick Dill, 21, 80 Collins Road, Portland, was charged with evading responsibility and traveling too fast.

Michael Riley, 37, of Grove Street, Portland, was picked up in Meriden for an outstanding warrant for third-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny and identity theft.

Jessica L. Jacobson, 41, of Nursick Terrace, Portland, was charged by Middletown Police for improper use of a marker plate, insurance fails minimum and operating an unregistered vehicle. Jacobsen was driving without a front plate. The back plate belonged on another car.
