A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket for traveling unreasonably fast and restrictions on transportation of passengers by holders of motor vehicle licenses who are 16 or 17 years of age.

Stuart Cunningham, 57, of 9 West High St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for second-degree threatening.

Caite Berg, 19, of 12 Lori Lane, East Haddam, was issued a written warning for not wearing a seat belt.

Nov. 22

Michael C. Poe, 37, of 88 Main St., Unit 1, East Hampton, was arrested for operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle with a suspended license and for failure to have stop/brake lamps.

Nov. 25

Daniel A. Cyr, 49, of 22.5 N. Main St., East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Nov. 25

David Fuller, 65, of 48 Chapman Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a control signal.

Jodi Brookman, 19, of 32 Emily Lane, East Hampton, Madeline Stringfellow, 24, of 1 Thrush Road, Clinton and Michael Cordova, 33, of 27 Sunset Blvd., Colchester, were involved in a three-car motor vehicle collision. Brookman was issued a written warning for following too close.

Nov. 26

Cheryl Rand, 47, of 80a Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct. In the same incident, Anita Ackerman, 22, of the same address, was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of narcotics.

Nov. 27

Christian R. Mock, 30, of 19 Ridgewood Road, Moodus, was arrested for sixth-degree larceny.

David Paul McClendon, 23, of 116 Kent St., Hartford, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

A 17-year old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign.

Nov. 29

Timothy Ralph Sherrick Jr., 21, of 13 Twiss Ave., Meriden, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and interfering with police. Sherrick was also charged for third-degree criminal trespass for a separate incident.

 

Portland

Nov. 22

Francine A. D’Amico, 50, of Marlborough Street, Portland, was charged by Middletown Police with improper use of a marker plater and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
