Lynda Banning, 58, of 5 Forest St., East Hampton, and Patrick Peaslee, 19, of 134 Hog Hill Road, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 66 in the vicinity of Citizen’s Bank. Banning was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.

Sept. 23
A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Skinner Street. The 17-year-old was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions.

Michelle Cherry, 31, of 32 Grand St., Middletown, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.
Sept. 24
Alcide Lemieux, 69, of 5 Riggs Ave., West Hartford, was issued a summons for evading responsibility after his flat bed tow truck struck a light post in the CVS parking lot and left the scene.
Sept. 25
Lynne M. Roy, 45, of 58 North Lane, South Windsor, was arrested for driving under the influence.
Brenda Pulaski, 56, of 43 Quiet Woods Road, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Quiet Woods and Young. Pulaski was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
Michael Curtis Sentell, 27, of 1B Long Hill Road, East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct, interfering with police, reckless driving and disobeying an officer signal.
Sept. 27
Eamonn Galvin-Rival, 28, of 41 Champion Hill Road, East Hampton, was arrested for failure to appear in the first degree.
Daniel Cyr, 48, of 22-1/2 N. Main St., East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
