Christopher Sarahina, 24, of 37 Old Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for failure to respond.

Nov. 20

David Varni, 33, of 61 Childs Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to wear a seat belt.

Joseph Epstein, 22, 33 Bacon Ave., Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure to drive right and failure to display a front plate.

Michael Potsakis, 62, of 88 Schooner Lane, Meriden, was issued a written warning for failure to wear a seat belt.

Lee Taylor, 58, of 15 Old Young St., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to wear a seat belt.

Hatem Hamed, 45, of 7121 Town Ridge Drive, Middletown, was issued a ticket for unsafe passing and passing in a no passing zone.

A 17-year-old juvenile of Wethersfield, was arrested for third-degree larceny, six counts of third-degree burglary and six counts of sixth-degree larceny.
